Turn photos of documents into one small PDF
Many forms ask for documents as a single PDF: a caste certificate, EWS certificate, income certificate, domicile, marksheets or an ID proof. If you only have photos of these on your phone, this tool turns them into one PDF, in the order you choose, and keeps it under the size the form allows.
How to convert JPG to PDF under a limit
- Tap Add photos or PDFs and select the photos of each page.
- Check the order. Use the arrow button to move a page up.
- Choose the limit from your form, like 300 KB, or type it.
- Press Create PDF and download the file.
Each photo becomes one page, sized to A4 width and keeping its shape, so nothing is stretched.
Taking photos of documents that look like scans
- Put the document on a dark table so the paper edges stand out.
- Use daylight from the side, not the phone flash, which leaves a bright spot.
- Hold the phone straight above the page so the text is not slanted.
- Fill the frame with the page and keep all four corners visible.
- Check that stamps and signatures on the certificate are clearly readable.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add both images and PDFs?
Yes. They are joined in the order shown, so you can add a PDF certificate and a photo of another page together.
Will the PDF be in A4 size?
Photo pages use A4 width and keep their own height. PDF pages keep their original page size.
Is there a limit on the number of pages?
There is no fixed limit, but more pages under a small KB limit means lower quality per page.
