Privacy Policy

Effective date: 6 October 2026

This policy explains what information FormKit (this website) uses, and what it does not. In short: your photos, signatures and documents never leave your device.

Your files

When you use a tool, the file you choose is read and processed inside your web browser on your own device. It is not uploaded to our server or to anyone else. When you close or reload the page, the file is gone from the page. Downloads are saved only where you choose to save them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site secure and working, and are deleted on a regular schedule.

If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages and tools are used, for example how many files are created. This uses cookies and collects information such as device type, approximate location and pages visited. It does not include your files. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ads Settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors from regions that require consent are asked before personalised ads are shown.

Cookies

The tools themselves do not need cookies. Cookies on this site come from analytics and advertising as described above. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The tools will keep working.

Children

This site is meant for students and job applicants. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Links to other sites

Exam pages link to official exam websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
