Reporting a changed size

If a new notification has changed the photo, signature or document size of an exam, please send:

The exam name and year, for example "IBPS PO 2026"
The new size as written in the notification
A link to the notification PDF, or the page number where the size is mentioned

We check it against the official source and update both the website and the app.

Reporting a problem with a tool

Tell us your phone or computer model, the browser you used (for example Chrome on Android), what you tried to do and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot. Please don't send your photo or signature; we don't need it to find the problem.

Not a government help desk

We can't help with application status, admit cards, payments or results. For those, please contact the exam body through its official website.
